Custom Deep Drawn Metal Stamping
A deep drawn metal stamping is when the depth of the drawn cup exceeds its diameter. Deep drawing can be performed in progressive die tooling as well as multiple-stage compound die tooling. It all depends on the depth of the cup. Custom deep drawn parts can be produced on conventional flywheel presses, but our Servo presses significantly outperform these compound presses due to their programmability.

We have 5 in-house toolmakers who are always ready and willing to take over dies from other stamping suppliers. In our 79 years of business, we have been awarded many consolidation programs. We are ready to assist you and do any retrofitting or tooling adjustments that may be required to your dies.
FINISHED GOODS WAREHOUSE
We have a separate 30,000 sq. ft. finished goods warehouse located 5 miles from our facility. We ship to all our customers via VMI, KAN BAN EDI and JIT. This works great for disaster recovery plans.
TURNKEY TIER 1 LINE READY PARTS
We have decades of experience delivering finished line ready stampings. We purchase all the raw materials as well as manage any secondary operations such as machining, heat treatment, plating, coating, and assembly.
