We send specifications to our own onsite tooling designers who utilize the latest in CAD/CAM to design and manufacture dies to fit your needs. With well over 100+ years in collective tooling experience, our team is well versed in all things’ metal stampings.

Our jobs are made much easier with the use of the most advanced CAD/CAM software available. Our onsite designers (some with as many as 55 years of experience) create customized designs based on your specific needs, using SolidWorks and Mastercam. Close collaboration with our customers ensures parts that are designed for manufacturability.

Our design process gets its power from SolidWorks by Dassault Systems. SolidWorks allows us to quickly take ideas, plans and designs and mark them into a 3D rendered, workable model.

Mastercam is one of the oldest and most widely used pieces of CAD/CAE software on the market. It is used to bridge our designs in SolidWorks with our CNC machines.
